Kohl Waterproof No Transfer

The No Transfer Khôl Waterproof pencil from blacklUp can be applied in 3 different ways: - On the eyelid: apply your pencil to the entire eyelid and blend it using an eyelid brush. For more intensity, apply eye shadow of the same color over it and blend again. - On the eye contour with eyeliner: outline your upper lash line directly with the lead of your pencil, previously sharpened in order to obtain a precise line. - Inside the eye: lightly pull the underside of your eye and slide the pencil along the inner edge.
